SharpLink Gaming拟募资10亿美元购买ETH

PANews 5月31日消息，SharpLink Gaming 向美国 SEC 提交 Form S-3 ASR，注册总规模不超过 10 亿美元的证券，用于未来视市场情况发行普通股。本次发行后，发行的普通股数量最高可达 72,051,288 股。本次发行的绝大部分收益将用于购买以太坊区块链的原生加密货币以太币（ETH），还计划将本次发行所得款项用于营运资金需求、一般公司用途、运营支出等。

此前消息，SharpLink Gaming宣布将完成约4.25亿美元私募融资，Consensys为领投方，交易预计于5月29日完成。融资资金将用于购入以太坊（ETH），并确立ETH为公司主要储备资产。
